It was a stunning and historic ending to Game 1 of the 2025 Eastern Conference Finals. The Indiana Pacers defeated the New York Knicks 138–135 in overtime at Madison Square Garden. The Knicks led by 14 points with under three minutes remaining, but the Pacers mounted a historic comeback, scoring 23 points in the final 3:14 of regulation.
