Atlanta Braves third baseman Josh Donaldson was held out of the lineup again on Thursday. It's the third-straight game he's been unable to play dealing with tightness in his right calf.

Donaldson's injury is significant because he missed most of last season dealing with the same calf issues.

While the Braves haven't given any further details on the significance of the injury, FOX Sports South Braves analyst Brian Jordan doesn't believe there's anything to worry about.

"You give him extra rest. I think he's ready to play. He wanted to play today but whenever a player wants to play, you always give him that extra day," Jordan said.

"It's a good off-day for him; travel day and see how he feels after a long flight--short flight to Miami. I think you'll see him in the lineup tomorrow."
