Devonta Freeman's Defiant Response to Retirement Rumors: '10 More Years Left in Me'

Free Agent RB Devonta Freeman reportedly turned down an offer from the Seattle Seahawks, and that led to a report that he could be faced with sitting out the entire season.

There was also a report that Freeman would consider retirement which led to a response in a now-deleted tweet: "I got 10 more years in me."

Fricke doesn't think he will sit out the entire season, but does wonder if he may not find a team until after the season begins.

"He may be one of these people who waits for somebody to get injured. Devonta's going to end up playing somewhere, he's still a valuable guy."

In addition to the Seahawks, the Jets and Eagles were also reportedly interested in Freeman.
