“Everything seems so doom and gloom right now with Craig Kimbrel. But the truth is the Braves are still the fun, young, exciting team we have seen so far this year,” responded Patrick when he was asked about why Braves fans should be optimistic right now.
“You have to think about what’s best for this team long term,” said Patrick.
“Austin Riley has the plate patience of a 10-year veteran,” said Patrick.
Patrick also talked to Bunker and McFadden about possible solutions in the starting rotation and what financial flexibility actually means.
