The 2023 Braves have been special on multiple fronts. But their most impressive feat, perhaps, has been their ability to send the ball out of the park. The team currently has mashed 166 home runs with three games remaining before the All-Star Break. The current record belongs to the Minnesota Twins who belted 307 home runs in a single season back in 2019.

“I think we’re going to get there. I think we can surpass that 307 MLB record for home runs in a season for one team. I think we can get there with all the guys we have hitting home runs,” Carl Dukes declared.

Matt Olson currently leads the squad with 29 homers but several other Braves are mashing as well. Ozzie Albies has sent 22 into the seats and newcomer Sean Murphy has added 15. A resurgent Eddie Rosario and Marcell Ozuna have combined for 31.
