“Look at this lineup, when you start with a MVP candidate at the top, you’ve got Olson, you’ve got Austin Riley, you get into the middle the catching duo of Sean Murphy and Travis d’Arnaud seems almost interchangeable at times, it’s incredible. McAuley said.

Our very own Atlanta Braves insider Grant McAuley joined The Morning Shift earlier today and didn’t shy away from explaining why this Atlanta Braves lineup could be the best in the National league.

Grant continues by saying “Eddie Rosario heats up, Marcell Ozuna heats up, Michael Harris gets it going, then you got Orlando Arcia, and oh by the way Ozzie Albies is in there and all he’s doing is hitting walk off home runs this could be the best in the national league.”

The Braves trailed by at least three runs in every game of their most recent three game set with the Mets, including trailing by four on two separate occasions in last night’s series finale.

As a team Atlanta hit five home runs last night, and three of the five came from the team’s six, seven, and eight hitters. Every batter had a hit last night for the Braves as well, and that just goes to further prove Grant’s point that this Braves offense may just be the best in the National League.

One through nine there's no break for a pitcher when facing the Braves, this Braves lineup not only has the bats to come back but the players with the mindset of never being out of a game as well.

Atlanta has the perfect blend of speed and power throughout their lineup, and all of those things make the Braves a World Series favorite and not only the best lineup in the National League, but in all of Major League Baseball.
