In a season full of superlatives, the Braves manage to find way to top themselves every game.
Last night against the Twins saw this team hit five home runs in their first ten plate appearances. They've got 54 homers for the month of June. And after a 19-4 record this month, they are now on pace for 107 wins, which would be a team record.
There have been some fun Braves teams to root for in years past, but is this team the most fun?
That's the question posed by Steak and Rusty on this morning's Steakhouse - how much fun is this team right now? A team that currently without it's two top starting pitchers from last year, but pummeling teams with a lineup one through nine that can be best described as "relentless".
"Watching Ronald Acuña in the absolute prime of his career, surrounded by Ozzie Albies, and Matt Olson, and Michael Harris is something special", Steak said in describing the young talent the Braves have on this team. "What makes them fun to watch for me, one through nine, are hard outs."
