The Atlanta Braves will have another opportunity to close out the Astros in World Series as the teams head back to Houston for Game 6.
Is it time for manager Brian Snitker to shuffle up the lineup? More specifically, move Ozzie Albies out of the third spot?
Outside of a couple of singles in Game 1, the Braves second baseman has been struggling at the plate. Albies has the lowest average among the Braves regulars, with a .167 average and no extra base hits.
"He's hitting right there in the third-hole, right behind Freddie Freeman," 92.9 The Game Braves reporter Joe Patrick told the Midday Show. "How much more dangerous would this lineup be if you have a guy who--in Austin Riley--hitting behind Freddie Freeman? That is a pretty devastating one-two punch. It's kind of awkward that you've got Ozzie Albies stuck between them."
"(Moving Albies) would take some pressure off of him, probably, and it would give you a lot more damage. That's the main (move) I would like to see Brian Snitker make. But I do hope that he makes some adjustments to the lineup."
