The last 72 hours in the NFL have seen mutiple teams make tough decisions to clear cap space, whether it's trading superstars or releasing productive veterans, many teams are preparing themselves for the start of the new league year, but thus far the Falcons have not made many significant moves to clear space, and that has to happen soon. You can't help but ask the question, what's taking so long and what are they trying to hide?
"They're in a bad spot. It's going to be really hard to do anything exciting next week. They just don't have any money," explains Andy Bunker questioning why moves haven't been announced yet. "You know what you're going to do if you're Terry Fontenot to get under the number, what are we doing?
One of the tougher decisions that the Falcons might want to attempt to bury is the separation with fan-favorite Grady Jarrett. While that decision alone would save them over $15 million in cap space, it would still be a tough headline for fans to read.
