Carolina Panthers 0-2 start makes them desperate, dangerous

In NFL history, only six teams have made the playoffs after an 0-3 start, with the most recent being the Texans in 2018, so it's safe to say that the Carolina Panthers, along with 9 other teams, are looking to avoid falling to 0-3, something the Dolphins succumbed to last night in a loss to the Bills. The desperation to avoid remaining winless could make the Panthers scary on Sunday.

"This is a good opportunity for this Falcons team to take another step out of what has been their 7-year rut. The Falcons of the last handful of years would win a game like they did on Sunday Night and get the positive momentum and then go to Charlotte and fall off the wagon," says Andy Bunker. "Go beat a team that you're better than. This is a desperate football team (the Panthers), you cannot start a season 0-3 and have hopes, so desperation is real for the Carolina Panthers."

"It's a good opportunity to get to 2-1 and feel pretty good about yourself, but there's always that hesitation until we see them do it enough times to where you can beleive they won't, there's that hesitation," continues Bunker. "They never play great up there, Carolina is sneaky, a good chance for the Falcons to change that narrative and not lose this one."
