Pass Rush specialist Chuck Smith joined Dukes & Bell for his Friday appearance on the show and helped the guys preview the game against the Seahawks and why he feels like the Falcons will bring the heat and be able to get to Geno Smith on Sunday.

When asked if the Falcons should blitz Geno Smith.

“Number one they are gonna send the kitchen sink, because think about it this receiver core they ain’t really shown they can do nothing,” Smith said. “You got young guys across the board, I read up and did some research about a lot of blown assignments in the middle, I think Dean Pees is going to send the kitchen sink and that’s what I would do, I would force the issue and go at them early, from the start of the game.”

Smith talked about the Falcons identity on defense.

“That’s who they are, that’s our identity, we had sixty percent of the defense in last year, we got it all in, our identity is we are a pressure based blitz team.”
