The Atlanta Falcons held 40 players out of their second preseason game, a 13-12 loss to the Baltimore Ravens, the majority of those being starters, but that doesn't mean those players didn't take advantage of that game to help get themselves ready for the season.
"We got periods where we go up against the one's and those have got to be taken as the most important reps you'll get," explains Atlanta Falcons LB Kaden Elliss. "Don't let a rep miss, get your mental reps (from the sideline), and play through the game mentally.
With the Falcons final preseason game on Friday at home, it appears unlikely that much will change in terms of who does and doesn't play, and it's up to the staff and the players to be as ready as possible after limited preseason action.
