The Falcons and the Jets face each other on Sunday and are somewhat mirror images of one another. They will be looking to do many of the same things that usually would lead them to a victory.
The Jets are going to look to run the ball and play defense, which is exactly what the Falcons have figured out feels like a good path to victory for them as well. The Falcons should have success on Sunday, they enter the game with the NFL's fourth-best rushing offense while the Jets counter with the 31st-worst rushing defense in the league.
The Jets haven't had as much success running the ball as the Falcons have, but recently that's still been a better option than letting Zach Wilson, Tim Boyle, or whomever else they try at QB put the ball in the air.
