The Atlanta Falcons drafted former Arizona State wide receiver Frank Darby in the sixth round of the 2021 NFL Draft. It's easy to see when talking to him that he has an infectious personality.
Darby is raw, but does have speed to make him a potential big-play threat and a good special teams player.
In 2019, Darby had 31 receptions for 616 yards and eight touchdowns. During his four-year career at Arizona State, Darby averaged 19.7 yards per reception.
On The Midday Show with Andy and Randy, Darby reiterated that he is a big-play threat, and that he has some huge goals.
"I'm definitely going to go out there and show them I'm the best deep-ball catcher in the country, that's just how I see myself," Darby said. "I'm going to go out there and take the top off but also show them I can do the intermediate routes and make plays and catch the ball and pick up yards after."
Darby promised Andy and randy he was way better than his film at Arizona State showed and emphatically shared that no matter what the Falcons had planned for him, he was ready.
"Put me on anything you want, I'm coming."
