The Atlanta Falcons didn't make any additions to their defensive line at the NFL trade deadline despite being last in the NFL in sacks. This showcases a level of comfort the team has to rely on their offense to lead the team to wins.

The Falcons right now rank 12th in points per game averaging 24.6 each week, below other NFC contenders like the Lions, Commanders, Vikings, and Packers among others.

If the defense can't figure out its pass-rush and with the front office not helping them out on Tuesday, then the offense that currently sits 12th in the NFL is going to have to get even better.
