For several weeks now it has been presumed the most likely landing spot for Kirk Cousins would be in Cleveland with the Browns. Reports surfaced Thursday of Kirk making an appearance at an Ohio-based Chipotle restaurant that further stoked the flames. Another report involving a different quarterback, however, now has another team possibly in the mix for his services.

According to multiple reports, Aaron Rodgers may choose to sit out the 2025 season instead of joining the Pittsburgh Steelers where he has been closely linked to. If Rodgers decides to sit out a year or hang it up for good Cousins now becomes perhaps the most attractive option for the Steelers to pursue. Cousins maintains, for now, he will not move his no-trade clause until after the draft next month.

Cousins has made it clear he wants another chance to start in the NFL but the Falcons have made it equally clear they will do what is best for the organization when deciding to move him.
