The Atlanta Falcons have been the talk of the town as of late. Arthur Blank made the decision to relieve Dan Quinn and Thomas Dimitroff of their duties Sunday night after their loss to the Carolina Panthers.
There have been a lot of names thrown out there about who should be the next head coach for this team, but who the Falcons hire as their next general manager is just as important.
Josh Alper, of ProFootballTalk.com, joined The Jon Chuckery Show to discuss who should at least be in line to interview for the open position.
“Louis Riddick’s name has come up in conjunction with jobs in the past,” Alper said.
If the Falcons were to interview Riddick, it won’t be the first time that a television analyst has made the transition from the booth to the front office.
John Lynch was hired by the San Francisco 49ers to become their general manager, and so far, it looks like they made the right hire. Let’s see if the Falcons do the same.
