The Atlanta Falcons are going to have to make a lot of decisions on who will be on the roster in 2021. With so many questions coming into the 2020 season, one of them was can they get any production out of the run game.
The signing of Todd Gurley was seemingly the move that needed to be made. But as the season went along you understand why the Los Angeles Rams let him go. With Gurley going into free agency, the Falcons will have to figure out whether or not they have a guy who can carry the load already on their roster.
Tori McElhaney, of The Athletic, joined The Jon Chuckery Show to give her insight into the running back position for the Atlanta Falcons.
"Todd Gurley wasn't the same when he came back after missing that one game" McElhaney said.
Gurley eventually breaking down pretty much sums up the 2020 season for the guys in black and red. For 2021 though, whoever takes over as general manager, will have to find their running back of the future.
