The Atlanta Falcons 2021 season has ended and now the focus will turn to an offseason that will include the draft and free agency. The Falcons currently have the #8 pick in the NFL Draft and a ton of questions to answer in free agency.
Some key members of the Falcons roster will become unrestricted free agents and while some may be back, certainly not all of them will be.
Among the significant names the Falcons will take a long look at are WR Russell Gage, RB Cordarrelle Patterson, DE Dante Fowler Jr., TE Hayden Hurst and K Younghoe Koo.
Perhaps the biggest piece the Falcons will try to bring back but who could draw interest elsewhere is Linebacker Foye Oluokun.
Foye Oluokun had a breakout season in 2020 when he had a team-leading 117 tackles as he took over the role of the Falcons top LB from Deion Jones.
Foye followed that up this season when he tallied 192 tackles and led the entire NFL in that category. He also had two sacks, a forced fumble, and three interceptions, including one that sealed a victory over Detroit.
