Trae Young is playing the best basketball that he's ever played right now, and the Hawks are playing decently, for the most part. Before Monday's loss to the Chicago bulls, the Hawks had won six of the last eight games and are playing pretty good basketball. But are the Hawks playing well enough to play their way out of the play-in round of the playoffs? Would another early exit from the playoffs mean that it's time to shake up the roster?
Trae Young wants to play here, and he may have the final say-so. If the Hawks were to want to move on, this may be the best opportunity to do it, because for some reason teams are just now noticing exactly how good Trae Young is.
