The Hawks have had 15-point leads in their last two games, each of which ended with losses to the Cavs and Knicks.

While the Hawks are still off to a decent 4-3 start, it could have been much better. And right now for Atlanta, it comes down to finishing down the stretch.

Atlanta Hawks head coach Lloyd Pierce spoke about the final moments of games, why he wants the ball in Trae's hands, and how it's ultimately up to Trae who takes the final shot.

"For us, it's easy. Trae is our closer," proclaims Pierce. "You trust him to create his own shot and you also trust him to create shots for others. However, everyone else knows that as well. So you have to have as many options as you can to create an effective shot or clean look."
