There is “feeling low” and then there is the Atlanta Falcons losing to the New York Jets "feeling low" as a walk off field goal led to a 27-24 loss for Atlanta and now a 4-8 record on the season and on Monday, 92-9 The Game’s Carl Dukes and Mike Bell, shared their thoughts on why they believe the Falcons season has been disappointing.
“We’re trying not to cry,” Dukes said jokingly as he explained why he and Bell view Sunday’s loss to the Jets as “laughable at this point” due to the fact Atlanta has now lost six of their last seven games. “We have five left, three of these teams are legitimate playoff contenders and potential Super Bowl Champions,” Dukes continued as he expressed concern in regards to the Falcons being able to finish the season strong.
“Mike, we have to win out, and I said this today, to avoid another losing season. I don’t know if that’s going to happen,” Dukes said as he explained with the Falcons having to take on the Seattle Seahawks, Los Angeles Rams and Tampa Bay Buccaneers,” the Falcons chance to finish with more than eight wins appears to be a challenging scenario.
