The No. 2 Georgia Bulldogs (4-0) knew months in advance that they would face a top-5 ranked opponent to begin the 2021 season when they went into Charlotte and took down the then No. 3 Clemson Tigers.
When the Dawgs travel to Jacksonville on Oct. 30 for the annual Georgia-Florida showdown, there is a good chance the currently ranked No. 10 Gators could be ranked even higher.

And if all things go well, a much-anticipated and hopefully second top-5 matchup with the current No. 1 Alabama Crimson Tide will go down on Dec. 4, for the SEC title.
Those were natural assumptions for the Kirby Smart-led Georgia squad. But an early October top-10 opponent in the No. 8 Arkansas Razorbacks, was not exactly what most anticipated, and has the whole country caught by surprise.
The Hogs (4-0) will arrive in Athens on Saturday, led by former UGA Assistant head coach Sam Pittman, and will have a tough challenge to slow down a Bulldogs offense averaging over 50 points per game in the last three contests.
So how will the Razorbacks slow down the Dawgs offense?
Brandon Adams from DawgNation joined Andy and Randy Tuesday afternoon to preview the SEC contest and he told The Midday Show that he expects the Arkansas coaching staff to try to force UGA to beat them by taking away the pass and forcing the run game to carry the load.

“How does the running game step up for Georgia?” questioned Adams when talking with Andy and Randy.
Adams also emphasized that the Arkansas coaching staff will have to come up with a superior game plan in order to slow down the high powered Georgia offense.
“Arkansas’s only chance to win, or even really keep it close, is the coordinators pitching something close to a perfect game,” said Brandon win being honest about what he expects are the Razorbacks chances to upset the Dawgs.
But as all football fans know, that’s why they play the games.
Kickoff is set for noon in Athens!
