On Thursday Andy Bunker and Randy McMichael were joined by SEC Network analyst and former University of Georgia (UGA) quarterback D.J. Shockley to talk about the breaking news that former University of South Carolina Gunner Stockton is joining the Georgia Bulldogs football team.
“You look at some of the things this guy (Gunner Stockton) can do, an ultimate dual-threat. I think he looks around the league (SEC) and you see a guy like Todd Monken who is your offensive coordinator who’s been on the next level, who understands what it takes and you watch some of the stuff they did this year and you makes you excited about him,” Shockley said when asked to describe Gunner Stockton.
Shockley went on to talk about the huge numbers Stockton threw up in high school through the air and on the ground.
