Georgia's flip of KJ Bolden 'really paying off'
The Georgia Bulldogs have been known for having one of the better defenses in college football over the years, placing dozens of players in the NFL from that side of the ball and safety, KJ Bolden, appears to be well on his way to adding his name to the long list of Bulldogs who have made the leap into the professional ranks.
“That’s some of the best money that Georgia’s spent,” Mike Griffith of Dawg Nation and the Atlanta Journal Constitution, said as he joined 92-9 The Game’s Carl Dukes and Mike Bell to respond to Duke’s question in regards to Bolden being the best player on the Georgia defense.
“That was a great flip to get KJ Bolden,” Griffith said of Georgia being able to get Bolden to commit to them after he decommitted from his original Florida State commitment. “He is a great player and you’ve seen it from the first game,” Griffith said of Bolden taking the field for Georgia his freshman season and making a tackle against Clemson running back Phil Mafah. “That was an eye opener, very first game as a Dog,” Griffith said.KJ Bolden proving to be Georgia's best defensive player
