Yet another report details the dysfunction in the Philadelphia Eagles' front office.

Sheil Kapadia, Bo Wulf and Zach Berman via The Athletic explained how Eagles owner Jeffrey Lurie and general manager Howie Roseman micromanaged former head coach Doug Pederson, and even, according to one source, "treated him like a baby."

"[Pederson] was ridiculed and criticized for every decision," a source told The Athletic. "If you won by three, it wasn't enough. If you lost on a last-second field goal, you're the worst coach in history."

Pederson was reportedly forced to have sit down meetings with Lurie and Roseman every Tuesday, where his decisions were scrutinized.

This over-managing by Lurie and Roseman is nothing we haven't heard before, dating all the way back to Chip Kelly.

Now, the Eagles—still with Roseman at the helm of personnel decisions—will turn to new head coach Nick Sirianni to right the ship.
