Jave The Wave

Hi, I'm Jave Patterson...it's Jave- like Dave with a 'J'. I go by Jave 'The Wave' because it illiterate's well. I'm a hard rock professor (novice historian), musician, home brewer and whisky maker and got my start in radio way back in 1989, just before they loaded a bus full of bands like Poison, Cinderella, Whitesnake, Winger, KIX, Great White and the like, told them all a massive party was happening in Malibu...and then drove the buss off a cliff with Kurt Cobain in the driver's seat! My radio tour has taken me from the great state of Texas to Iowa and out west to Reno, Nevada where I'm a member of the Nevada Broadcasters Hall of Fame. Yes, I was tight with the late, great Dennis Hoff of the BunnyRanch/Cathouse fame. He was a pimp daddy on screen, but a great builder/construction contractor and all around nice guy off screen. We often discussed how to install hardwood floors and how to look for great property investments!

I got into music because I'm not athletically inclined, and never cared to hook up with the cheerleaders because the strippers seemed more fun! That said, I did have 'relations' with the high school head cheerleader. She was vanilla as vanilla gets and was BORING as hell in bed!

I'm convinced that I'd KILL it on Name That Tune!

I live to rock the upstate...and remember, spraying that PooPouri after you've desecrated the bathroom won't help the stink, but will show effort (and a lack of foresight)!
