PITTSBURGH (93.7 the Fan) – Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin said his team did what it needed to do to get a 20-13 win over the Browns Sunday afternoon.

"Definitely feels good to win when you are faced with adversity of people available to you.  There is just less margin for error.  Not that we feel like we are incapable, we just realize we have to play closer to an optimum level."

Tomlin said they were able to take control of the line of scrimmage in the second half.

"We are looking to stand up for the game of football and team," Tomlin said.  "Prove that guys can make plays when given the opportunity.  One man's misfortunate is another man's opportunity.  The standard is the standard and they made all of those clichés true."
