Hines Ward To Help Coach New York Jets During Training Camp

(93.7 The Fan) - Former Steelers Super Bowl MVP Hines Ward is joining Le’Veon Bell in New York.

The Jets announced Wednesday that Ward “help” at their training camp this year.

Ward will be joined by David Clowney IV, Stephen Bravo-Brown and Damon Reginald Wilson as part of the Bill Walsh minority coaching fellowship.

Ward has expressed his desire to coach in the past.

He told the Atlanta Journal- Constitution back in 2016, I’m dead serious. I want to coach at Georgia,”

Ward spend all of his 14 seasons in the NFL with the Steelers and is the team’s all-time receiving leader with 1,000 receptions for 12,083 yards and 85 touchdowns.
