PITTSBURGH (93.7 The Fan) - NFL Network's Ian Rapoport says that the Jets have made an offer for Le'Veon Bell.
The NFL Insider said Tuesday "With Anthony Barr spurning the #Jets, they have some extra money. I'm told they've taken some of that money and made a last and final big offer to Le'Veon Bell. It's decision time for the ex-#Steelers RB."

Manish Mehta of the New York Daily News says the offer is fair but not "earth shattering"
