PITTSBURGH (93.7 The Fan) - Steelers' running back Jaylen Samuels will miss about a month according to coach Mike Tomlin.

Tomlin said during his press conference Tuesday that Samuels suffered a knee injury during Sunday's loss to Baltimore.

Samuels had his knee scoped Monday and will now be out for at least four weeks.

Samuels had three carries for two yards and three receptions for 11 yards.

He was also under center for two passes completing one for four yards and threw an interception.

Tomlin added that Samuels injury will likely give rookie running back Benny Snell Jr. more of an opportunity.

The Steelers head to San Diego for a game against the Chargers this Sunday night.

Tomlin also said quarterback Mason Rudolph remains in concussion protocol and won't speculate if he will be able to play Sunday at this time.
