Browns could also be without Myles Garrett on Thursday night

Cleveland defensive end was out of practice on Tuesday with a neck issue

The Cleveland Browns may be without defensive end Myles Garrett when they play the Steelers on Thursday night.

According to Browns insider Mary Kay Cabot, Garrett is dealing with a neck issue and was on the Browns’ pre-practice injury report.

Garrett has recorded three sacks in his first two games with five total tackles, with four tackles for a loss. He also has one pass defended and one forced fumble.

Also appearing on the Browns pre-practice injury report were defensive end Jadeveon Clowney, who has already been ruled out for Thursday’s game with an ankle injury.

Also out on Tuesday, defensive end Chase Winovich, guard Joel Bitonio and tight end Jesse James.
