The current Tennessee Titan was cited with a misdemeanor assault charge after getting into a “physical altercation” with a male employee after an argument on January 2.

Dupree was with a group of people at the time of the incident.

The Tennessean reports that Dupree had his mugshot taken, was fingerprinted and released.

A settlement hearing is scheduled for April 22.

The incident was caught on video

Dupree signed a five-year, $82.5 million deal with the Titans last offseason after spending his first six years with the Steelers.

Dupree played in 11 games for the Titans this past season. He had three sacks and 17 tackles in a lackluster season.
