Cowboys coach and Greenfield native Mike McCarthy doesn’t have time for people on his team like Charlie F**karound.

Dallas is the team highlighted on this year’s version of HBO’s “Hard Knocks”, a program that takes you inside a team’s training camp.

Talking to his team about “football and family” McCarthy points out his is from “Greenfield Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA” and his zip code, 15217, adding that everyone on the team is from somewhere.

McCarthy goes on to talk about how they have four preseason games and then 17 regular season games and then (hopefully for Dallas) a spot in the playoffs.

With all those games, McCarthy says he doesn’t want his players wasting each other’s time and that they need to get in the work they need to be successful.

“Charlie F**karound? He doesn’t work here, High School Harry? Get his ass out the f**king door,” said McCarthy. “This is about winning, this is about winning a world championship, period!”

Kudos to the Cowboys players for not losing it after hearing about Charlie.
