Pine-Richland High School is once again searching for a new head coach.

Head Coach Steve Campos notified the district, citing lingering health issues as the reason for his departure.
A district spokesperson confirmed Campos' decision to step down. The district will immediately begin the search and comprehensive selection process of the next head coach.
He took over for former-Pine-Richland football coach Eric Kasperowicz, as well as his staff, who was fired this past summer after allegations of hazing circulated around the team.
Campos coached one season with Pine-Richland, leading them to a 7-5 record. The Rams were ousted by Penn-Trafford, eventual Class 5A state champions, in the semifinals in the Class 5A WPIAL playoffs.
