PITTSBURGH (93.7 the Fan) As the regular season winds to an end, the Pittsburgh Penguins will have to finish off without starting goalie Tristan Jarry.
It was announced Saturday morning that Jarry will be week-to-week with a lower body injury.
Mike Sullivan made the announcement just a day after it was revealed he was being evaluated for an injury and wouldn't be making the trip to Boston.
The Penguins called up Louis Domingue on an emergency basis Friday to fill the empty roster spot.
With six games remaining in the season, it is likely the Penguins will finish the season with Domingue and Casey DeSmith in net.
The Penguins have officially clinched their spot in the 2022 NHL Postseason and is likely when Jarry makes his return.
