500 career goals for Sidney Crosby has a lot of us reflecting on our favorite Sid moments and just how lucky we are to have him in Pittsburgh.
At Pens practice on Wednesday, Crosby reminded everyone the kind of person he is.
Along the boards, Crosby picked up a puck with his stick and flicked it to his hand tossing it into the stands for a young fan to pick up.
The girl was overjoyed by the simple gesture and her mother commented to the Penguins, "This is me and my daughter Sidney. She will never forget this, she hasn't stopped talking about it. What a good person he is."
"Thank You Pittsburgh Penguins for capturing this moment, made her day and her hockey player brother a bit jealous!," the mother added.
A large number of the kind things Crosby does in the Pittsburgh community go unnoticed, it's nice to see this one was caught on camera.
