93.7 The Fan (PITTSBURGH) - Konnor Griffin went 1-3 with 2 runs scored in his AAA debut for the Indianapolis Indians.
Griffin drew a leadoff walk in the bottom of the first, moved to second on a walk and scored on an Endy Rodriguez RBI single. Griffin got his first hit in AAA in the bottom of the 6th with a leadoff single. He advanced to third on a single by Tyler Callihan and scored on another RBI single by Rodriguez.
Indianapolis trailed in the first inning 3-0 on two singles that scored 3 runs. After the Indians got one back in the bottom of the first, St. Paul added another run in the top of the 5th. The Twins number 2 prospect, Kaelen Culpepper, brought in a run with an RBI single. He finished 3-5. Rodriguez's second RBI single in the bottom of the 6th was the final run of the night. The Indians dropped the opener 4-2.
