6th round---RHP Tyler Fay-6’5”, 215 pounds, Alabama
- Started as a walk-on with the Crimson Tide. This past season he was the Crimson Tide’s number one starter highlighted by a no-hitter against number 18 Florida where he struck out 13 and the next outing threw a one-hitter against 5th ranked Auburn. According to MLB.com he throws a low 90s fastball and his arm angle is tough on right-handers, but can struggle against lefties. Went 11-5 last year with 4.54 ERA with 127 strikeouts to 26 walks in 109 innings with a .229 batting average against.
7th round—RHP Bryson Moore-6’3”, 216 pounds, Florida State
- 14 starts last season, 6-2, 3.86 ERA, 67.2 innings, 25 walks, 65 strikeouts, 1.23 WHIP, .230 BA against. Had seven strikeout games against Wake Forest and Virginia. Spent his first two seasons at UVA in a limited role. Had a 1.260 OPS his senior year in high school also playing football and basketball.
8th round—RHP Alex Overbay-6’3”, 220 pounds, Arizona State
- Son of MLB veteran Lyle Overbay went 1-3 with a 5.79 ERA in 42 innings (4 starts), 27 walks, 50 strikeouts with ASU in 2026. Had five strikeouts in 3.1 scoreless innings against Ole Miss and six strikeouts in three innings against Tennessee. Spent first two seasons at UNLV.
9th round—3B/right-hand hitter Tre Phelps-6’2”, 197 pounds, Univ of Georgia
- MLB.com says he has ‘tremendous bat speed and the ability to catch up to high-end velocity and produced impressive exit velocities. They say he has 25-home run power potential. A career .339 average in 157 games in college with 36 doubles, 41 home runs, 143 RBI and set a school record being hit by pitches 61 times (35 last season). 2026 was a 2nd Team All-American with 19 home runs and a 27-game hitting streak. Aunt is Angel Robinson, who played in the WNBA with Seattle and Phoenix.
10th round—RHP Michael Gibson-6’3”, 210 pounds, The Citadel
- Has a low 90s fastball per MLB.com, a transfer from Florence Darlington, where he was all region, Gibson pitched 53 innings last year going 5-2 with a 5.26 ERA with 73 strikeouts to 21 walks. A switch-hitter finished with a .403 average in 52 games with 15 doubles and six home runs with a .480 on-base percentage.
