The Steelers are bringing back their Color Rush jerseys for Thursday night’s game against the New England Patriots and they’re going all out.
The all black jerseys feature gold numbers and names.
With Pitt’s season over, the end zones at Acrisure Stadium are also getting an upgrade.
They’ll be panted yellow with a black “Pittsburgh” in one end zone and “Steelers” on the other.
The Steelers are also encouraging fans to wear black inside the stadium.
It’s the first time this season the team is wearing its Color Rush jerseys.
The team is 7-2 in them.
"I love the uniform," said tight end Pat Freiermuth on Steelers.com. "It's obviously different than our normal one. It's fun to rep. It's fun to wear.
It's awesome wearing it running out of the tunnel, especially for a night game.
It's so cool to wear it in that home atmosphere.
A limited edition gameday poster is also available. It features the first-ever UV light-activated glow in the dark lyrics to the Steelers rally song, “Renegade”.
