PITTSBURGH (93.7 The Fan) – Quarterback Kenny Pickett again a full participant, and not given a question for Sunday. Pickett will be ready to play at home against the Ravens.
Outside linebacker Alex Highsmith said he is going to play, but is officially listed as questionable after going through a limited practice Friday.
Starting right guard James Daniels remains out with a groin injury, he missed last week as well with Nate Herbig starting in his spot. Broderick Jones will get his first NFL start as Mike Tomlin said earlier this week that Dan Moore, Junior (knee) wouldn't play. Pat Freiermuth did not practice with his hamstring injury which means Darnell Washington will start, more reps for Connor Heyward and activated from the practice squad Rodney Williams might get an opportunity.
Punter Pressley Harvin did not practice all week with Brad Wing getting a second game back with the Steelers.
There was a little hope when defensive lineman DeMarvin Leal went through a limited practice on Thursday, but unable to go with a concussion.
That will give more opportunities potentially for Armon Watts and Isaiahh Loudermilk getting additional snaps. Giving Breiden Fehoko a helmet, especially against a running team, is an option for Leal's spot. Defensive coordinator Teryl Austin said 'you draw up Fehoko's for teams like this'.
