“Just one of those things, you gotta kind of roll with the flow.” That’s Steelers linebacker Avery Williamson’s advice for the Browns and his teammates, following news of five more COVID cases in Cleveland’s organization.

On Tuesday it was announced head coach Kevin Stefanski along with two other coaches along with offensive lineman Joel Bitonio and wide receiver KhaDarel Hodge tested positive for coronavirus and will not be available Sunday night.

While the losses are a significant blow to the Browns, Williamson, who only months ago was a member of the lowly New York Jets, says the Steelers are not looking past Cleveland.

“We defiantly got to make sure we are on our A-game at all times . . . those guys got a lot to fight for, we got a lot to fight for, it’s do or die so you can’t look past that and those guys are going to prepare well and we got make sure we are still zeroing in regardless of what’s going on in their building,” Williamson told the PM Team.

Even though the Steelers have had their scheduled shaken up the most by the virus, head coach Mike Tomlin said during his weekly press conference Tuesday they remain focused on moving forward.

“That has been our life, not only ours here in Pittsburgh, but ours collectively as members of the National Football League since July.  What’s transpiring in Cleveland is not reinforcement or verification.  It’s just more of the same for us like it has been for everyone else on the course of this journey,” said Tomlin.

As of Tuesday, the NFL has shown no indication of moving Sunday night’s game. A postponement could throw a big wrench into the NFL’s playoff schedule.
