In the world of mascots, there are very few teams that use live animals to represent their team. LSU’s live tiger, Mike, and Auburn's ‘War Eagle’ are some notable examples.

During the Thursday Night Football game which featured an NFC West matchup between the Seattle Seahawks and the Los Angeles Rams, the Seahawks live mascot, 'Taima the Hawk' was seen roaming the stadium until she landed on the head of a poor unexpecting fan.
As the FOX/NFL Network broadcast was heading into a commercial break, you can see the Taima land on the fan's head which seemed harmless at first, but then Tamia started clawing at his head.
There was some mixed reactions from the fans around the poor man—including one lady who had a shocked look on her face and couldn't believe what was happening and multiple people filming the hawk. Even Joe Buck and Troy Aikman got in on the on the fun.
"Get that guy season tickets," Joe Buck said.
"Give him a helmet," Troy Aikman added.
Taima eventually flew back to her handlers after causing quite the stir. The man whose head she landed on seemed unbothered during the whole ordeal.
If this was any indication on how things would play out on the field, it surely wasn't a good luck charm for the Seahawks. The Seahawks were up, 7-3 going into halftime, but in the second half is where things fell apart. QB Russell Wilson suffered a nasty dislocated finger forcing backup Geno Smith to finish the game. After a back-and-forth affair on offense, the Rams finally pulled through after a Seattle comeback rally led by Smith 26-17.
I’m sure Taima's handlers will make sure she doesn’t go loose into the stands during the next home game just based on what happened to Wilson and the team.
