
Peters Township’s very own Makenna Marisa has had an unbelievable career with Penn State women’s basketball.
She led Peters Township to a state title going 30-0, was a first-team all-state twice and named the Post-Gazette player of the year as a junior.
Now with the Lady Lions, she is the first male or female player with 2,000 points, 500 rebounds, 400 assists, 200 three-pointers and 150 steals.
