A user on Twitter allegedly found a strange note stapled to a light pole in the Pittsburgh area.

The note entitled “WHO DOES IT?” claims that someone is throwing a green pepper into a chimney with the phrase “I HATE YOU” on it.

“Every evening a pepper falls down the chimney.”

The note also has several pictures including an alleged surveillance photo, another with the pepper at the base of the chimney and an artist’s rendition of someone throwing a pepper toward a roof.

If someone is able to consistently launch a pepper into a chimney, they could certainly drop a time on a football field right?

The reason it's believed to be in Pittsburgh is because the number at the bottom is a "412" number.

That’s what some people thought on Twitter.

While the real story behind the note is unknown, it’s likely an internet hoax.

Users on the website Reddit say it’s part of an art project or prank with similar bizarre notes being found in other areas.

If you call the number, it’s a recording of lines from the posted note.
