Halle Berry is revealing how she gets her 6-year-old son to work out with her...sort of.
Berry, who has been posting weekly installments of #FitnessFriday, showed off a new kind of workout this week. This time, she's using her son, Maceo, as a weight while she does squats.
"Happy #FitnessFriday!" the star wrote. "With all the chaos that comes with virtual online learning, it can be difficult for little kids to stay energized and engaged. So today, I thought I would throw my son Maceo into my workout!"
The video shows Berry completing a series of squats while holding Maceo in her arms.
"Fun for him and *necessary* for me! Check my stories for my exclusive at home kiddie workout! Enjoy the long weekend!" she captioned the post.
Berry's Instagram Story showcased other ways parents can incorporate their small children into their workout routines, including leg raises and deadlifts.
Berry shares her son Maceo with ex Olivier Martinez. She is also the mother of 12-year-old Nahla from a previous relationship.
Berry has been spending some quality time with her children ever since the coronavirus pandemic had people across the world staying home and shielding themselves from the virus.
Back in March, Berry shared a humorous video of son, Maceo, as he strutted around the house wearing a pair of what are presumably his mother's high-heeled boots.
THe 6-year-old sported plaid pajamas and knee-high white boots while attempting to mount the stairs in their home. "#Quarantine Day 12," Berry captioned the post.
