UPDATE: Man Doan has been found.
A Silver Alert was issued Wednesday for an 85-year- old man who was reported missing in Garden Grove.
Man Doan was last seen at noon Tuesday near Garden Grove Boulevard and Kerry Street, according to the California Highway Patrol, which issued the alert on behalf of the Garden Grove Police Department.

He was last seen wearing a navy blue jacket, black sweatpants and a white hat. Authorities said he is believed to be on foot.
Anyone who sees Doan or knows of his whereabouts was asked to call 911.

The Silver Alert program was established by the CHP to issue and coordinate alerts involving the suspicious or disappearance of elderly, developmentally disabled or cognitively impaired individuals.
