A shooting at El Dorado Park in Lancaster left a teenage boy dead, and an investigation was underway Tuesday.
Authorities were sent to the 44500 block of Fifth Street East about 8:35 p.m. Monday, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department.

The male, reportedly in his teens, died at the scene. Information was not immediately available on his identity.
No arrests were reported, and no suspect information was available. Anyone with information on the case was urged to call the Sheriff's Homicide Bureau at 323-890-5500, or Crime Stoppers at 800-222-TIPS. Tipsters may also use the website https://lacrimestoppers.org.
