
Police in Glendale arrested a man accused of inappropriately touching two students at an elementary school.
Pedro Antonio Tellez, 29, was arrested on charges of lewd acts on a minor under the age of 14 years, according to the Glendale Police Department.
Police said on Monday, the parents of students at John Muir Elementary School told the Glendale Police Department that their children had been touched inappropriately.
“Both victims are students at the school and identified Tellez as the suspect,” police said.
Tellez is an employee of the Glendale Unified School District, as well as the City of Glendale. Police said he was placed on administrative leave by both employers.
He’s currently being held at Glendale City Jail on $200,000 bail.
