A man was shot and wounded in Hollywood Hills Thursday night, just above the Sunset Strip.
Officers with the Los Angeles Police Department got to the scene in the 1200 block of North Clark Street around 10:16 p.m. and learned that a male suspect had fired at the victim from outside of the residence, according to the department.

The victim was taken to a hospital in stable condition and was conscious as they were being transported, according to CBS L.A.
There was no description of the suspect, who ran away from the scene, police said.
